The seed was planted by Rachel Moshel, the founder and trumpet player of Fifth of Nisan. Bringing together the best instrumentalists Melbourne has to offer, the band showcases an energetic and passionate conversation on stage.

Within just a year of inception, they've graced stages for crowds of up to 700, and wowed audiences at Federation Square during the Pillars of Light festival, earning rave reviews for their captivating performances. After taking 2024 to recharge and craft fresh melodies, Fifth of Nisan will make a swaggering comeback by year-end, unveiling a brand-new setlist featuring original compositions by Rachel Moshel and Tony Hicks.
